Spacious accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. We felt like master chefs in the kitchen, whipping up delicious meals while enjoying the cozy seating area. The dining area was perfect for hosting a fancy dinner party, making us feel like royalty in our Chocolate Box-Central- abode.
Few seats at the kitchen table.

We chose Chocolate Box - Central- by Brighton Holiday Lets specifically because of its convenient location near the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access provided by this guesthouse. It allowed us to easily plan our visit and stay connected during our trip.
Terrible stay at Chocolate Box. Property not accurately represented.

The room at Chocolate Box - Central- By Brighton Holiday Lets was like a cozy little nest, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It had a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower that was just perfect for me.
The only downside for me was that the bathroom did not have a bathtub. But hey, I know some people prefer showers, so it's just my personal preference.

The room at Chocolate Box - Central- By Brighton Holiday Lets was super cozy and had a lovely vibe! It made me feel like I was staying in a chic little cottage. Loved the retro wallpaper and the soft lighting. It was a perfect fit for my vegetarian and vegan lifestyle.
The room had a bathtub, but I prefer showers. Just a personal preference though, some people may enjoy a nice soak in the tub.

We had a fantastic stay at a centrally located property. the keypad entry made it easy for our large group to come and go without needing keys. the decor was trendy and appealing, especially to the younger members of our party. the house was well, organized, spacious, and clean, providing a comfortable stay for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the downstairs kitchen/diner area as it allowed us all to gather around one table for meals, making it a very sociable space. we highly recommend Chocolate Box , Central, By Brighton Holiday Lets for large groups and would happily stay here again if in the area. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊.

The location of the property is excellent, with easy access to all amenities and a short walk to the front. The keypad entry made check-in simple and hassle-free. The funky decor of the house was well-liked by the younger members of our group.
The communal areas were not spacious enough for our party and the bed arrangements were not ideal.

Excellent location, close to all amenities with short walking distances. The house was well organized meaning it housed a large number of people but still felt spacious. It was well kept and clean, whilst oozing character with its funky decor. The downstairs kitchen/diner made a nice space for us all to be able to sit around one table and was very sociable.
The shower in the middle bathroom was not very powerful, so it took a long time to use this one for hair washing.

Despite the disappointment with the hotel, there were a few positive aspects. the location was pretty good, with easy access to all the amenities and attractions. It was a short walk to the bustling city center and the vibrant seafront. Another advantage was the keypad entry system, which eliminated the worry of losing keys and allowed everyone in our group to come and go freely. these small benefits couldn't make up for the overall shabby state of the property.
The shower in the middle bathroom was a complete letdown. It barely had any water pressure, so it took forever to wash my hair.
